The Andowl Q-AQ5 wireless alarm system features a control panel with an LCD screen, a PIR motion detector, and a magnetic sensor for a door or window. When the sensor detects that the protected door or window has been opened, the siren is activated. In the event of an alarm, the system can call up to 6 stored phone numbers and play a voice message of up to 10 seconds.

The control panel supports calls via its keypad, as well as connections for up to 99 wireless sensors and up to 8 remote controls. It includes a rechargeable backup battery for operation during a power outage.
