The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO delivers high cooling performance for demanding Intel and AMD systems. It features 7 heat pipes with AGHP Gen 4 technology, a 120mm TL-K12 PWM fan with ARGB lighting, and durable S-FDB bearings for quiet, reliable operation.

4th Generation AGHP Technology & 7 Heat Pipes

The CPU cooler is equipped with 7 6 mm heat pipes featuring upgraded AGHP Gen 4 technology. This design eliminates the effects of gravity regardless of mounting orientation (vertical or horizontal), ensuring consistent and efficient heat transfer. The copper base, combined with the aluminum fins, rapidly dissipates heat from the processor.

High Performance PWM & ARGB Lighting

The TL-K12 120mm PWM fan reaches speeds of up to 2150 RPM, delivering maximum airflow of 69 CFM with noise levels as low as 27 dB(A). It features striking ARGB lighting to enhance your system’s appearance, while its industrial-grade S-FDB bearings offer a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours.

Wide Compatibility & Sturdy Construction
