They are manufactured in accordance with directive A6 6404 twice. The materials used for their construction and that come into contact with the injectable liquid are virgin raw materials and not recycled. They are sterile, pyrogen-free, free from substances that cause hemolysis, and non-toxic. They do not contain substances that neutralize microbes.

The blunt end of the needle is sharp and free from protrusions and any other defects. The needle tube is straight and has a normal wall thickness. The external surface is smooth and shows no signs of corrosion. They have a protective cover.

Sterilization is done with ethylene oxide. The needles are individually packaged. The packaging materials are plastic film and medical paper to ensure sterilization. The packaging includes a description of the type in Greek, needle gauge, sterilization method, date of manufacture and expiry, the manufacturing factory, etc.
