    Not very suitable for handlebars if you don't have internal routing, because it gets tangled with the cables and additionally there is no way to avoid shaking. Definitely not for rough terrain. Also, it's not so quick to remove so that it can be used often on the shoulder—especially if you make some modification to improve how it attaches. It's more practical if it stays on the bike.
    On the other hand, it works well as a frame bag. Possibly with one more strap holding it downwards, it is stable and convenient. Good materials, handy elastic to carry something extra, e.g. a windbreaker.
    Overall, its main disadvantage is the way it attaches, but this can be improved with an easy modification.
