The Indian Sandalwood essential oil is extracted from the plant scientifically known as Santalum album through the steam distillation process. Its color ranges from clear light yellow to yellow and it has a deep, sweet, woody scent.
One of the most well-known essential oils, sandalwood is widely used as a raw material in the cosmetics and fragrance industry.

Safe use:
Do not use essential oils on the body without a carrier oil, such as almond oil or jojoba oil, in a ratio of 10ml carrier oil to up to 5 drops of essential oil. Avoid use by pregnant women and children under 5 years old. Individuals with heart conditions and hypertension should use with caution.
Do not expose yourself to the sun after using citrus essential oil for 12 hours.
