Fytro Merida lawn seeds are fine-leaved fescue with a dark green colour, suitable for lawns in full sun or light shade. The Festuca arundinacea variety has high shade tolerance and is highly resistant to foot traffic and drought. It requires less water and has less upright growth than a typical tall fescue.
Sow in spring or autumn, in cool, actively growing soil. For a new lawn, use 60 g/m²; the pack covers approximately 16–17 m². Sow the seeds at a depth of about 5 mm. Germination is expected within 7–12 days.
