A double heart distillate that retains all the characteristics of the grapes. The classic aromas of traditional Bordeaux derived from Cabernet and Merlot are excellently combined with the distinctive characteristics of chocolate and mocha given by Syrah. A balanced sequence of vegetal aromas and dry nuts like hazelnut and almond, with a hint of butter, caramel, vanilla, and a light citrus finish.
The distillate is placed in Radoux French oak barrels known for their high aromatic potential, giving the aged EOTHINON maximum aromatic complexity during its maturation process.
The result is a bright amber distillate that represents the Greek proposal for the "connoisseurs," the evolution of traditional tsipouro that comes to conquer the lovers of Premium spirits.
