In the game, players secretly receive a role that is either a terrorist or a SWAT officer. Then cards are dealt to each player. They look at their cards and randomly place the cards face down in front of them.
The SWAT win together if they deactivate the time bomb by revealing all the SUCCESS cards. In each round, a player chooses a card in front of another player and reveals it. If it is a SUCCESS card, the SWAT get closer to victory. Otherwise, it is a threat card and its threat effect is activated depending on its color.
The terrorists win together if four threats of the same color are revealed. Players may discuss which card should be revealed, but it should be noted that the terrorists may mislead the SWAT.
