WF 2 mm is a self-adhesive soundproofing material with anti-vibration protection, designed for applications that require high mechanical strength and reliable bonding to metal surfaces.
It features a thickness of 2.0 ± 0.1 mm and a weight of at least 3 kg/m², offering effective vibration damping, with a mechanical loss factor of 0.38 at 200 Hz. The reinforced aluminum membrane with a thickness of 100 mN provides additional strength and stability to the material.
Its adhesive layer exhibits strong adhesion to metal (≥ 6 N/cm²) and high temperature resistance, remaining stable at 90°C for 24 hours without detachment. Removal of the material is not permitted after application, ensuring permanent and reliable fastening.
The silicone protective paper is easily removed, with an adhesion strength of 0.05–0.15 N/cm², facilitating installation.
