In order to have excellent schools, we need to have exceptional educational leaders, both at the macro and micro level. The topics of Educational Leadership are being discussed and researched more and more in our time.

Within this context, the need for the writing of such a book has emerged, to fill an existing gap in Greek literature and to create the conditions for the proper preparation of educational leaders in Greece and Cyprus.

With this book, we aim to contribute to the preparation of administrative staff who understand the context in which education operates and who can act creatively and productively from responsible/administrative positions within the educational system of both Cyprus and Greece.

That is, the book is aimed at all educators who want to obtain an administrative/leadership position in the educational system, such as deputy school principal, school principal, mentor, consultant, senior official of the Ministry of Education, etc.
