The life jacket must fit snugly against the body to function properly and not ride up in the water. If the measurements are at the limits between two sizes, choose the smaller one. If your body type has broader shoulders and you are at the limits between two sizes, choose the smaller size. If your body type has a belly and you are at the limits between two sizes, choose the larger size.
