A very popular, economical, non-alloyed solid manganese-silicon wire coated with copper, class SG2 SPG3S for Mig/Mag welding in all positions of low carbon emission structural steels, boiler and ship steels, and fine-grained carbon-manganese steels in gas shielding. It can be used with an Ar/CO2 mix and pure CO2 as a shielding gas.

The Tysweld wire is available only in precision winding and is wound on metal and plastic spools. An adapter must be used for metal spools.

The wire is manufactured according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 quality system and is widely used in engineering, the automotive industry, the petrochemical industry, and in the construction of boilers, ships, and containers.

The cable is characterized by:

  • Stable electric arc
  • Good appearance
  • Very little spatter

Recommended as a basic welding wire for ordinary steel:
