The Proteas Filter Coffee Eco 11 commercial coffee machine filter combines softening resin and an activated carbon filter to reduce water hardness and improve its taste and odor. The resin reduces limescale deposits in the coffee machine, while its composition helps prevent the water from tasting bitter after softening.

It consists of a 10.9 L capacity column containing 8 L of food-grade macroporous weak cation exchange resin, a 2 1/2″-1/2″ head, and a white 10″-1/2″ filter housing with a brass thread. It includes a coconut-shell activated carbon filter, Proteas SM 10″-5 μm. Suitable for drinking water.
