12 αρι , τοποθετημένο σε μηχανουργείο , του έχουμε βγάλει τα αντερα 2 χρονια τώρα ! καταπληκτικό μηχάνημα ψύχει και θερμαίνει 40 τετραγωνικά, αθόρυβο , πολύ οικονομικό !! Προσοχή στην τοποθέτηση!!! Να απαιτείτε απο το συνεργείο να σας κανει κενό στους σωλήνες με την ειδική αντλία !! Αλλιώς το οποιοδήποτε μηχάνημα δεν αποδίδει και θα πάθει ζημιά !!
First of all, it does NOT have either carbon filters or silver ion filters, even though BOTH are clearly and falsely listed in the description. Additionally, placed in the same room as another (also cheap from Skroutz) 12,000 BTU inverter, also modern (3 months old), the AYCO does NOT reach the same air outlet temperatures, neither for heating nor for cooling, being 3-4 degrees worse. The "Strong" function ONLY increases the speed of the indoor fan and not the compressor at all, resulting in doing nothing more except making noise. In short, it is not worth its money at all since on Skroutz (and everywhere) you can find much better units for 20-30 euros more, which is a laughable amount considering the lifespan of an air conditioner purchase. I mainly bought it for the filters (which it ultimately does NOT have) and because it had Skroutz shipping, which is better than third-party shippers. However, I got tricked by the machine.
Κατ αρχας ΔΕΝ εχει ουτε Φίλτρα άνθρακα ουτε ιόντων αργύρου ενω και τα ΔΥΟ σαφως και ψευδως αναγραφονται στη περιγραφη. Επιπλεον τοποθετημενο στον ιδιο χωρο με αλλο (επισης φτηνο απο Σκρουτζ) 12αρι επισης inverter και συγχρονο (3 μηνων), το AYCO ΔΕΝ φτανει στις ιδιες θερμοκρασιες εξοδου αερα ουτε στο ζεστο ουτε στο κρυο, εχει 3-4 βαθμους διαφορά προς το χειροτερο. Η λειτουργια "Strong" αυξανει ΜΟΝΟ τη ταχυτητα του εσωτερικου ανεμιστηρα και καθολου του συμπιεστη με αποτελεσμα να μην κανει τιποτα παραπανω εκτος απο θορυβο. Με λιγα λογια δεν αξιζει τα λεφτα του με τιποτα αφου στο Σκρουτζ (και παντου) βρισκεις πολυ καλυτερα κομματια με 20-30 ευρω επιπλεον που ειναι αστειο ποσο για τη διαρκεια ζωης της αγορας ενος κλιματιστικου. Εγω το πηρα κυριως για τα φιλτρα (που ομως τελικα ΔΕΝ εχει) και επειδη ειχε μεταφορικη του Σκρουτζ που ειναι πιο καλη απο τους τριτους μεταφορεις. Τη πατησα ομως στο μηχανημα.

Bought here 2 years ago. It does its job flawlessly in a 9 sq m room and set to 26 degrees I don't feel heat but coolness (outside 35 degrees). Extremely low electricity consumption (I have tested it with a meter). As for heating, it is good but not perfect, of course with a slight extra electricity consumption. Its performance goes even higher, but I never needed to increase it.
Αγορα εδω και 2 χρονια. Κανει τη δουλεια του αψογα σε δωματιο 9τμ και ρυθμισμενο στους 26 βαθμους δεν νιωθω ζεστη αλλα δροσια (εξω 35 βαθμους). Εξαιρετικα χαμηλη καταναλωση ρευματος (εχω δοκιμασει με μετρητη). Οσο για την θερμοτητα ειναι καλο αλλα οχι τελειο με εννοειται ελαχιστη παραπανω καταναλωση ρευματος. Παει και παραπανω η επιδοση αλλα δεν χρειαστηκε ποτε να το αυξησω.

After about a month of operation, and currently under heatwave conditions, I have the following to say:
#1 It is powerful and very capable in cooling. I also notice a 'qualitative' improvement in the 'type' of cooling, in how I feel it. I have comfortable and pleasant cooling steadily at 24 degrees in Low and Mid modes (even during the current heatwave). This, compared to a quite old air conditioner that this unit replaced.
#2 It is not exactly "silent," and the fact that it does not have a Quiet mode was a surprise. However, because it is powerful, it behaves very decently at a steady 24 degrees (I haven't needed to 'go down' to 23 even with the current 40s) in Low and Mid modes. Update: I just read in the comments about the Sleep function, which I just tried, and indeed it significantly reduces the noise. Until I read that particular comment, I hadn't been able to make the connection between noise and Sleep. The reason for this is that in other units I have here, Sleep does not seem to reduce the noise and that...
#3 ...the manual that comes with the AyCo is in (probably) Russian! After my request for a manual at least in English (and my failure to find something myself online), I received a PDF in Greek (thank you), obviously 'translated' via Google Translate (or something similar), where the language is somewhat... strange. I would expect, in the year 2025, that all devices, wherever they come from, would necessarily be accompanied by a manual in the language of the users they are intended for.
#Overall: I am very satisfied (although I still want a thorough manual in a language I can understand and with details about the various functions).
For heating and durability, I suppose we will see.

#2 Δεν είναι ακριβώς "αθόρυβο", και το γεγονός ότι δε διαθέτει λειτουργία Quiet ήταν μία έκπληξη. Επειδή είναι δυνατό, όμως, συμπεριφέρεται αξιοπρεπέστατα στους 24 βαθμούς σταθερά (23 δεν έχει χρειαστεί να 'κατέβω' ούτε και με τα παρόντα 40ρια) στις λειτουργίες Low και Mid. Update: διαβάζω, τώρα μόλις στα σχόλια, για τη λειτουργία Sleep, την οποία μόλις δοκίμασα, και όντως ρίχνει αρκετά το θόρυβο. Μέχρι να διαβάσω το συγκεκριμένο σχόλιο, δεν είχα μπορέσει να κάνω τη σύνδεση μεταξύ θορύβου και Sleep. #3 ...το manual που συνοδεύει το AyCo είναι στα (μάλλον) Ρώσσικα! Μετά από αίτημά μου για manual έστω στα αγγλικά (και την αποτυχία μου να βρω κάτι μόνος μου online), έλαβα ένα pdf στα ελληνικά (ευχαριστώ) προφανώς 'μεταφρασμένο' μέσω Google Translate (ή κάτι τέτοιο), όπου η γλώσσα είναι κάπως... περίεργη. Θα περίμενα, εν έτει 2025, όλες οι συσκευές, από όπου και να προέρχονται, να συνοδεύονται απαραιτήτως με manual στη γλώσσα των χρηστών στους οποίους αυτές απευθύνονται.
#Γενικά: είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος (παρόλο που εξακολουθώ να θέλω ένα εμπεριστατωμένο manual σε μία γλώσσα που να μπορώ να καταλάβω και με λεπτομέρειες για τις διάφορες λειτουργίες).
Για θέρμανση και για αντοχή, υποθέτω θα δούμε.

Το κλιματιστικό το έχω ένα μήνα και δουλεύει μια χαρά στην ψύξη. Εχω πάρει το 12αρι και καλύπτει κανονικότατα 40 τετραγωνικά. Τώρα για την θέρμανση δεν ξέρω ακόμα λόγο του ότι είναι ακόμα καλοκαίρι.
It was placed in the bedroom at a distance of 1 meter from the bed. Absolutely silent!!!! It cools the room temperature very quickly. The swing setting (to direct the airflow higher or lower) has an angle of use of almost 160 degrees. I highly recommend it.

ήρθε τεχνικός να το δεί γιατί δεν βγάζει ψυχή ούτε στο 1 μέτρο και α αντίδραση του ήταν δεν έχω ξανά δει τέτοια σαβουρα. Το έβαλε στους 16 και μετά από μισή ώρα αντί να κάνει το χώρο ψυγείο η θερμοκρασία ήταν στους 28 βαθμούς .

First of all, it does NOT have either carbon filters or silver ion filters, even though BOTH are clearly and falsely listed in the description. Additionally, placed in the same room as another (also cheap from Skroutz) 12,000 BTU inverter, also modern (3 months old), the AYCO does NOT reach the same air outlet temperatures, neither for heating nor for cooling, being 3-4 degrees worse. The "Strong" function ONLY increases the speed of the indoor fan and not the compressor at all, resulting in doing nothing more except making noise. In short, it is not worth its money at all since on Skroutz (and everywhere) you can find much better units for 20-30 euros more, which is a laughable amount considering the lifespan of an air conditioner purchase. I mainly bought it for the filters (which it ultimately does NOT have) and because it had Skroutz shipping, which is better than third-party shippers. However, I got tricked by the machine.

Η λειτουργια "Strong" αυξανει ΜΟΝΟ τη ταχυτητα του εσωτερικου ανεμιστηρα και καθολου του συμπιεστη με αποτελεσμα να μην κανει τιποτα παραπανω εκτος απο θορυβο. Με λιγα λογια δεν αξιζει τα λεφτα του με τιποτα αφου στο Σκρουτζ (και παντου) βρισκεις πολυ καλυτερα κομματια με 20-30 ευρω επιπλεον που ειναι αστειο ποσο για τη διαρκεια ζωης της αγορας ενος κλιματιστικου. Εγω το πηρα κυριως για τα φιλτρα (που ομως τελικα ΔΕΝ εχει) και επειδη ειχε μεταφορικη του Σκρουτζ που ειναι πιο καλη απο τους τριτους μεταφορεις. Τη πατησα ομως στο μηχανημα.

Bought here 2 years ago. It does its job flawlessly in a 9 sq m room and set to 26 degrees I don't feel heat but coolness (outside 35 degrees). Extremely low electricity consumption (I have tested it with a meter). As for heating, it is good but not perfect, of course with a slight extra electricity consumption. Its performance goes even higher, but I never needed to increase it.
Αγορα εδω και 2 χρονια. Κανει τη δουλεια του αψογα σε δωματιο 9τμ και ρυθμισμενο στους 26 βαθμους δεν νιωθω ζεστη αλλα δροσια (εξω 35 βαθμους). Εξαιρετικα χαμηλη καταναλωση ρευματος (εχω δοκιμασει με μετρητη). Οσο για την θερμοτητα ειναι καλο αλλα οχι τελειο με εννοειται ελαχιστη παραπανω καταναλωση ρευματος. Παει και παραπανω η επιδοση αλλα δεν χρειαστηκε ποτε να το αυξησω.

After my request for a manual at least in English (and my failure to find something myself online), I received a PDF in Greek (thank you), obviously 'translated' via Google Translate (or something similar), where the language is somewhat... strange. I would expect, in the year 2025, that all devices, wherever they come from, would necessarily be accompanied by a manual in the language of the users they are intended for.
#Overall: I am very satisfied (although I still want a thorough manual in a language I can understand and with details about the various functions).
For heating and durability, I suppose we will see.

Μετά από αίτημά μου για manual έστω στα αγγλικά (και την αποτυχία μου να βρω κάτι μόνος μου online), έλαβα ένα pdf στα ελληνικά (ευχαριστώ) προφανώς 'μεταφρασμένο' μέσω Google Translate (ή κάτι τέτοιο), όπου η γλώσσα είναι κάπως... περίεργη. Θα περίμενα, εν έτει 2025, όλες οι συσκευές, από όπου και να προέρχονται, να συνοδεύονται απαραιτήτως με manual στη γλώσσα των χρηστών στους οποίους αυτές απευθύνονται.
#Γενικά: είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος (παρόλο που εξακολουθώ να θέλω ένα εμπεριστατωμένο manual σε μία γλώσσα που να μπορώ να καταλάβω και με λεπτομέρειες για τις διάφορες λειτουργίες).
Για θέρμανση και για αντοχή, υποθέτω θα δούμε.
