The YATO Professional Kitchen Equipment pan is intended for professional use in the catering industry. Ideal for frying all kinds of dishes. It is made of high-quality stainless steel 21/0, specially designed for use in the catering industry.

These pans are characterized by:

  • Heat conductivity up to 30% higher compared to standard 304 steel pans.
  • Increased resistance to mechanical damage and organic acids.
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Absence of manganese and nickel, which are harmful to human health.
  • Even heat distribution thanks to the special design of the bottom.

A special ferromagnetic insert at the bottom allows the YATO pan to be used on every type of stove, such as electric, induction, gas, and ceramic. The side walls of the pan are made of thick steel, maintaining a temperature higher than the typical 304.

The handle is securely attached, offering safety and long-term durability in use.
