Description & Specifications

Create beautiful rose-patterned surfaces quickly and economically to cover your cakes and cookies! This mold is suitable for use with a range of edible materials, such as fondant, modeling paste, or marzipan. You can use both sides of the mold to create either embossed or raised designs.

Instructions for use:

  • Knead the fondant or other paste until it reaches the desired pliability.
  • Roll it out to an even thickness using a rolling pin with rings or spacers.
  • Select the side of the mold design you desire and place it on your fondant.
  • Holding a fondant smoother, press down relatively strongly over the entire surface of the mold.
  • Remove the mold to reveal the design and repeat if necessary.
  • Spray the paste with a gloss spray to enhance the appearance of the decoration.

Size of mold: 15 x 30.5 cm.
