Ventilated plastic base Technoset with flight board-guides-tray.

The major innovation of the new Technoset base is the sliding flight board for extending the landing area for bees, providing an additional 40 mm of landing space. During the transportation of the bees, we have the option to close the sliding flight board to save space.

• It features a three-point door: open, closed, and free passage for bees.
• The base also includes guides that fit into the feet of the base allowing the treatment tray to slide out.
• The tray has a notch where the tubing of the evaporator – fogger fits, evenly directing the steam into the hive without generating excessive heat.
• It allows us to see the level of infestation from varroa.
• After treatment in the tray, a number of mites are collected, allowing for the assessment of the colony’s condition and the decision for follow-up treatments.
