The Scandal Universal Cuffs are a set that includes two pairs of soft handcuffs. Capable of restricting the movement of the submissive's limbs, the cuffs secure with Velcro. With a wide range of adjustments, the cuffs can be used for hands and feet and for both genders. The carabiners located on each of the four sides of the set allow for separate connection of the items to other accessories from the Scandal line. By attaching the cuffs to the legs, you can connect them to a spreader bar.
