A few words about BWB mold types:

BWB offers 2 main types of molds: Simple and Special triple molds that have revolutionized the chocolate decorating field. The special triple molds are ideal for use with challenging shapes, making the process quick and effective. They consist of 3 parts, always ensuring perfect shells.

General Tips:

  • Not suitable for baking. The Chocolate or other liquid should not exceed 40°C.
  • For use only with Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, cocoa products, and Chocolate substitutes.
  • After pouring your chocolate into the mold, freeze your Chocolate for approximately 12' at 4°C.
