The Audiodesigner PLETRO-9-IV sound-absorbing panel has a Triangolo-di-Reuleaux geometric shape, designed so that its surface provides a uniform acoustic response to incoming sound waves. Its core is made of medium-density polyester, with a smooth, high-density surface that acts as a vibrating membrane. The polyester-fibre covering is transparent to sound waves.
The panel has a perimeter frame made of thermoplastic polymer, while its other components are made of fire-resistant plastic polymers. It can be ceiling-mounted and is suitable for spaces such as offices, museums, restaurants, theatres and concert halls.
