Hood Performance
Performance is the most important parameter of the hood and should be at least ten times greater than the area of the space. In cases of homes with an open plan kitchen, the total area, including the living room, should be taken into account.
Power Level Selection
The ability to adjust the power level allows for an immediate increase in performance to the maximum, thus ensuring the immediate removal of steam and unwanted cooking odors.
Proper Hood Installation
The hood should be installed at least 65 cm above the electric stove and 68-70 cm above the gas stove.
Recirculation Function
- If you cannot connect the hood to external ducts, you can use the recirculation function.
- The hood is equipped with a metal grease filter, which absorbs grease.
- In recirculation mode, an additional carbon filter, which absorbs odors, will need to be used.
- The air is cleaned and returned to the room.
The filter's ability to absorb odors is determined based on the frequency of use. For using the hood 2 - 3 times a week, the filter should be replaced approximately every 3 to 4 months.
