    It produces wines with a light to medium body, subtle aromas of citrus and white flowers, and good acidity, especially the mountainous Rhodite.

    Muscat of Alexandria

    It offers aromatic wines (dry, sweet, sparkling) with notes of grape, flowers, and citrus, often more rustic than Muscat Blanc.

    Chardonnay

    Without barrel, it produces wines with aromas of green apple, lemon, and minerality. With barrel aging, it develops aromas of vanilla, butter, smoke, and tropical fruits. The acidity varies depending on the climate and winemaking

    The wine is excellent for the price it is offered at. It is one of the few wines from the winery that kept the cost low. Ovilos, Magic Mountain, and Plagios have almost doubled in price. Certainly better wines, but the budget of an average household can no longer afford them. That's how "Dama Koupa" became the only option.
