Electric pump designed for leak testing installations and filling solar systems. Thanks to the use of an electric motor, its operation is extremely simple and convenient. The pump set includes a liquid container, suction hose, high-pressure hose, overflow hose, and suction filter. Unlike a manual pump, the PR AUTO can also be used to fill the system with water.

USE OF THE PUMP:

  • The suction hose must be connected to the filter and then connected to the pump along with the overflow and high-pressure hoses.
  • Loosen the pressure adjustment screw to prevent a sudden pressure increase when starting the pump.
  • When the suction hose with the connected filter and the overflow hose are placed in a water container, close the valve to which the high-pressure hose (black) is connected.
  • Once the required pressure is set, the system can be filled using the pressure adjustment screw.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Leak testing of pipelines (water, central heating, compressed air, oil installations).
  • Leak testing in the construction of boilers and pressure vessels.
  • Filling solar systems.
  • Injecting antifreeze into existing CO installations.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Automatic operation - pump equipped with an electric motor.
  • The packaging in which the pump is placed also serves as a water container.
