I've been looking for an electrolyte without nasty ingredients for such a long time. Now I found out with these tablets that use Stevia instead of Sucralose. The taste is pleasant and it has exactly the right ingredients to rehydrate.

I use half a tablet in one and a half liters of water.

Good electrolyte with a good dosage for hydration. The taste is a light lemon flavor with stevia, nothing special but not unpleasant either. It does not contain artificial sweeteners like sucralose, which others have and are suspected to cause DNA damage according to recent studies. I sweat a lot in the summer and some days I can drink 2 of these. When you drink it, it quenches your thirst more than water. The only drawback might be that it takes a little longer to dissolve, but it is not a significant disadvantage.
