The first time I bought it (even though I had the product sticking out of its packaging just a tiny bit), as soon as I let my hand down slightly... the 'lipstick' fell completely to the floor. I thought, okay, it was just bad luck, so I bought it a second time and something similar happened within a week. Essentially, this company is like saying... whoever wants to throw their money away, let them buy this product. Honestly, I have never had a similar experience with comparable products from other companies... truly, shame!!
