Circular saw blade for cutting wood 200x30mm with 30 Widia teeth. The blade is made from thermally enhanced carbon steel 50# and tungsten carbide YG8 with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). The blade geometry GS has a tooth angle of 10 degrees.
The metal disc is of suitable thickness and laser cut, providing rigidity and reducing disc stress when working under heavy loads and high temperatures. The sintered carbide HM ensures a long service life of the teeth and repeated sharpening.
The properly selected blade geometry and the GS10 plate (alternately beveled) provide optimal cutting quality along the grain of the wood. The higher number of teeth in a given saw diameter leads to smooth cutting surfaces, particularly with dry wood.
The saw is intended for industrial applications using electric tools for cutting soft and hard wood, particle boards, and plasterboards. The maximum rotational speed is 5,700 RPM.
