Wood cutting saw blade 115x22.2mm with 30 teeth Widia 42113. The blade is made from thermally upgraded carbon steel 50# and tungsten carbide YG8, with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). The GS blade geometry features a 10-degree bevel angle. The metal disc, cut by laser, ensures the rigidity of the saw even under heavy loads and high temperatures.
The sintered HM carbide ensures a long lifespan of the teeth and allows for repeated sharpening. The blade geometry and the shape of the GS10 plate allow for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. The higher number of teeth leads to smooth cutting surfaces, especially for dry wood. For longitudinal cutting, saw blades with fewer teeth are recommended to increase cutting speed.
