The Artpol 24-tooth saw blade is designed for cross-cutting softwood and hardwood, as well as wood-based materials, fibreboard and plasterboard. The alternating bevel GS10 tooth geometry and higher tooth count help produce smooth surfaces, especially in dry wood.
It is made from 50# carbon steel and YG8 tungsten carbide, with a cutting-edge hardness of 85 HRc (±2) and a 10° rake angle. The metal blade is laser-cut to limit stress under high loads and temperatures, while the HM carbide allows repeated sharpening. The cutting edge should protrude by one third of its height.
