The extended Artpol HSS drill bit is suitable for drilling metal and has a 118° point angle. The right-hand Type N spiral flute and oxide coating help reduce friction during drilling.

It is made from 4241 high-speed steel, has a hardness of 62 HRc, and complies with DIN 1869 II. It is intended for workshop use on alloy and carbon steels with a tensile strength of up to 900 N/mm², grey and malleable cast iron, sintered iron, non-ferrous metals, and hard plastics. It can be used with drilling emulsion, cutting and cooling oil, or ester oil. Coolant increases the drill bit’s service life fourfold.
