The inside of the pan is covered with an innovative PFLUON marble coating with non-stick gel, ideal for everyday use. The pan transfers and accumulates heat efficiently and can be used on all types of stoves, including induction. The maximum operating temperature is 220 degrees Celsius. Extremely lightweight, it does not cause fatigue during use. The handle is made of non-conductive plastic with a pleasant-to-touch coating. The exterior is protected with heat-resistant silicone varnish. Features and advantages of the ZWIEGER Forte pan:
