The pans and accessories from the ROSE GOLD series by BERLINGER HAUS are made from high-quality cast aluminum, internally coated with a triple granite coating with a very high hardness factor. The external coating is black.

These attractive and elegant utensils feature standard SOFT TOUCH (silicone) handles. They are suitable for all types of cooking stoves: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction.

The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite, providing greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: non-stick, excellent heat distribution. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon utensils, offering wear resistance. The granite coating makes the utensils extremely resistant to scratches and wear.

This type of utensil also allows frying with a minimal amount of oil, as the utensil heats evenly. The composition of cast aluminum and a ferromagnetic base allows use on induction stoves as well as all other types of stoves, utilizing the best thermal properties of cast and cut aluminum.
