Discover the Alpinestars Supertech R10, the ultimate peak in racing motorcycle helmets, designed and developed in collaboration with professional MotoGP athletes. With an advanced outer shell made of Multi-layer Carbon fiber, it offers maximum strength and top-level protection in both straight-line and oblique impacts. Its aerodynamic design, tested in a wind tunnel, reduces air resistance by 4.54% thanks to the racing spoiler and side winglets. It features an Optical Class 1 visor with a Pinlock 120XLT Max Vision insert ready slot, an 11-point ventilation system, as well as the patented A-Head fitment system. It is the ideal choice for riders who demand ultimate speed, protection, and comfort on the track and on the road.

Advanced Carbon Multi-Layer Shell

The Alpinestars Supertech R10 features a multilayer high-tech shell construction, combining 3K High Density Carbon on the outside, a layer of UD Carbon Composite, a combination of Glass Fiber / Nylon Fiber, and an internal reinforcement of Aramid Fiber. This combination of materials, bonded with advanced epoxy resin, offers maximum mechanical strength with minimal weight. The specially shaped lower shell perimeter and the optimized chin area are designed for maximum collarbone protection in the event of a strong impact.

Top Aerodynamic Performance & Winglets

Designed to minimize resistance and provide absolute stability at high speeds, the S-R10 reduces aerodynamic drag by 4.54%. It features a patented aerodynamic spoiler with a release system (available in Standard and Race versions), which safely detaches in the event of an impact. The side winglets further enhance stability, while the special turbulators on the visor improve aeroacoustic performance, drastically reducing noise while riding.

Field of View Optical Class 1 & High Safety Visor

The visor of the Supertech R10 is approved according to ECE 2206 Optical Class 1, offering zero distortion and an expanded field of vision both laterally and vertically. It is equipped with pins for Pinlock 120XLT 100% Max Vision as well as for Tear-Off membranes. Its mechanism features a metal safety lock at the front to prevent unwanted detachment in case of a fall, while the tool-free quick replacement system allows immediate switching between the available visors.

Complete 11-Point Ventilation System

Keep your head cool even in the most demanding racing conditions thanks to the 11 ventilation ports. The chin vents channel air to the inside of the visor, preventing fogging, while the additional vents remove moisture. The large central adjustable vent on the top channels fresh air to the upper part of the head, while the hot air extractors under the rear spoiler effectively remove heat from the forehead and the inside of the helmet.

Patented A-Head Application & ERS System

The EPS interior offers top-level shock absorption and incorporates Alpinestars' patented A-Head adjustment system, allowing the rider to precisely adjust the height and angle of the helmet fit on the head. The premium inner lining consists of 8 independent pads and a chin guard (wind curtain). At the same time, the ERS (Emergency Release System) allows for easy and safe removal of the cheek pads in case of emergency, and there is also a ready slot for a hydration system.
