Tasting characteristics: A Premium Italian gin from the Piemonte region produced in a new distillery in the area of Santa Vittoria. The distillation is carried out in a copper still “Frilli” that was built in the 1970s and recently renovated. The base spirit is a product of triple distillation of Moscato grapes. During the third distillation, an infusion of juniper berries from Tuscany is made, while extracts of mint and thyme are also used. The result is a product of distinctive character, combining the typical characteristics of a gin with the flavors and aromas of its place of production, in an elegant and harmonious ensemble.
