Tasting characteristics: Subtle and discreet character, balanced with clear and intense aromas.

The pomace is carefully selected from Roditis grapes grown in the Valley of the Muses. Only the "heart" of the distillate is used, which undergoes a second distillation, giving it an elegant, aromatic character. Finally, it remains in tanks for 3 months until the final bottling.
