    Grenache Rouge

    It produces wines with relatively light color, moderate tannins, and aromas of red fruits (strawberry, cherry), spices (licorice, pepper), and often a sense of sweetness, even in dry versions. It is often used in blends and for the production of rosé wines.

    Merlot

    It gives wines with soft tannins, medium acidity, and aromas of red fruits (cherry, plum), often with notes of herbs or chocolate. They are rounder and softer on the palate compared to Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Agiorgitiko

    It can produce from rosé and light red wines with aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, cherry), to dense, aged wines with aromas of plum jam, spices, and chocolate. The tannins are usually velvety.

A single varietal Merlot wine from Domaine Costa Lazaridi, influenced by the Provence school.
In the bottle we can see a light salmon colour. The nose is quite lively and refers mainly to red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, while a hint of lemon is not missing. On the palate it is very cool, light with crisp acidity. It goes well with both Greek and Mediterranean dishes.
