This work deals with the various types of evaluations that may be required for the teaching profession. Evaluation is a word that "naturally" rolls off the lips of all our fellow citizens and, depending on the sector it refers to, it acquires the appropriate weight.
As for primary and secondary education teachers, this concept holds special value because it is taken for granted that all the ills of the educational system are solely the responsibility of those working within it. Naturally, the conditions and prerequisites under which this Evaluation can succeed in the pedagogical, emotional, and spiritual development of our children are not taken into account.
The prerequisites required for this purpose, as well as the ways in which this will be achieved, are extensively presented in this work. Special emphasis is placed on the "prestige" that each teacher must "enjoy" in the environment where they work, offering their knowledge and setting an example through their behavior and willingness to contribute. Attention is also given to the conditions and environment in which they are called to provide their services.
The contents refer to the specific areas that are analyzed in depth and with respect for the educator. Finally, it is a repository of knowledge, experience - training, approached responsibly and sensitively, with an investigative eye and objective assessment of the current educational data.
