It is made of cast iron, a material that makes it ideal for slow cooking at a consistent temperature. Cast iron grill pans heat up more slowly compared to other grill pans, but they maintain the temperature for a longer period, even if you lower the heat. 

We recommend choosing this grill pan if you want to cook 4-6 servings of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small burners, as it is difficult to distribute heat evenly across the entire pan.

    In order for the grill to function properly, it needs to be seasoned well in the beginning and every time you use it. It requires careful study before use. The first time I used it, it did stick and I had difficulty removing it. But after the initial uses, I wouldn't change it for anything else!!
    It grills amazingly, quickly, adds flavor, and doesn't stick. I grill fish, chicken, steaks on the grill. I highly recommend it for enthusiasts!

    It's like grilling on charcoal! I got it as a gift for my husband in October, and we have tried various foods, from shrimp to chicken to vegetables... always perfect results. To clean it, you simply fill it with water immediately after use, to soften anything that has stuck, and then it washes in 1 minute. And let's not forget to wipe it well with kitchen paper afterwards :)

    I recently bought 3 beef steaks and marinated them with mustard, salt, and pepper. I cooked them one by one and they turned out to be even better than the ones you would pay €50+ for at a restaurant. They are the best thing I have ever bought for my kitchen, surpassing even charcoal (for grilling). However, the main downside is that it requires an iron brush to clean, otherwise it doesn't clean well at all.
