A practical and simple yoga block, mainly to help with proper alignment and make some stretches and exercises more accessible, especially when the necessary flexibility is not yet there.

The EVA is lightweight, but quite stable for most exercises, and the non-slip material is useful when the block is used on the floor. However, it is not the right tool if someone is looking for something very hard and heavy for intense loading.

For yoga, stretching, or Pilates, it is a simple and affordable solution that does exactly what it should, without unnecessary extras.

It does what it promises. It is durable and mine did not have stickers. It arrived packaged in nylon. Small children may burn a piece if they bite it (be careful).

It is exactly what you need for yoga!
The only "negative" thing is that it has a sticker on one of the large sides that is not easy to remove. (something that does not affect the use, but only the appearance)
