The Easy Windshield Repair Kit allows you to easily and quickly repair motorcycle windshields and headlights. Ideal for removing cracks and chips caused by stone impacts, this kit works effectively on small damages and elongated cracks, preventing further glass cracking.

After application and drying, the adhesive becomes transparent, making it almost invisible. The product features include:

Instructions for use: Use the red pen to remove glass chips and clean residues. Clean the damaged area with a cloth. Remove the protective sheet and attach the windshield adhesive tape, aligning the hole with the center of the damage. Remove the front part of the adhesive tape and place the O-ring in the center of the hole. Connect the base to the adhesive tape, ensuring the opening of the base faces upward.

Press firmly with your thumbs along the edge of the base to ensure a good seal. Take the repair resin and cut the tip of the bottle. Gently press the base of the bottle about three times until there are 2 or 3 drops of resin. Use a mirror to check if enough resin has been inserted. Screw the syringe into the hole of the base, pull the plunger up and lock it in the other clip. Hold the syringe in this position for 10-15 minutes to remove any air bubbles.

Remove the syringe from the base and screw it back in. Push the plunger back into the syringe and lock it with the first clip. Leave the syringe in this position for 10-15 minutes. Remove the syringe and use a razor to remove the base and adhesive tape from the glass. After removing the base, gently remove any remaining resin with a razor blade. Apply 1-2 drops of resin to the center of the damaged area. Quickly place the curing film on the damaged area and use a razor blade to flatten the film, ensuring the resin is evenly distributed under the film. If possible, you may secure the film with adhesive tape (not included). The resin will naturally cure in 15-20 minutes under direct sunlight. Once the resin has cured, remove the curing film by holding the razor blade at a 45-degree angle and gently scraping.
