Μετα απο 1 μηνα χρησης (το ξεκινησα με δικη μου πρωτοβουλια, μετα απο 10 μηνες προσπαθειας για παιδι και αφοτου οι εξετασεις μας βγηκαν αριστες, αρα διαπιστωθηκε πως δεν υπαρχει αλλη αιτια που δεν πιανουμε παιδι):

-Αφαιρω ενα αστερι γιατι δεν ειδα καμμια βελτιωση σε διαθεση ή στο δερμα μου.
Θα τα παρω αλλον ενα μηνα και θα τα σταματησω αν δεν δω καποιο ουσιαστικο οφελος ή αλλαγη.
We bought this product upon the recommendation of my gynecologist after completing a year of trying following a miscarriage we had (normal conception). It is an economical supplement compared to other companies and covers one month for both. According to the reviews I read about changes in the cycle, it hasn’t affected mine (at least not yet), nor do I feel the weakness that has been mentioned in another comment. On the contrary, I feel full of energy (before starting it, I constantly felt weak), what has been written about the skin is true, I stopped getting pimples even during my period, and my skin has become much more radiant! I do not lose the same amount of hair while washing as before, they have strengthened, and my nails have improved and do not break easily. It definitely increases sexual desire for both of us, and for my partner, it has affected both the times of ejaculation and the amount of sperm. The positive thing is that our stomachs do not hurt at all (we both have sensitivity); they are easily digestible. I have noticed that on some occasions when I took it at 9 PM, it caused me insomnia, but that was my own mistake for taking it late to avoid missing it. Αγοράσαμε το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν κατόπιν σύστασης απ' τον γυναικολόγο μου, αφού ολοκληρώσαμε ένα χρόνο προσπαθειών έπειτα από μία αποβολή που είχαμε (φυσιολογική σύλληψη). Οικονομικό σκεύασμα σε σχέση με άλλες εταιρίες και καλύπτει έναν μήνα και τους δύο. Σύμφωνα με τις κριτικές που διάβασα για αλλαγή του κύκλου, εμένα δεν μου τον επηρέασε(τουλάχιστον ακόμη), ούτε νιώθω αδυναμία που έχει αναφερθεί σε κάποιο άλλο σχόλιο.
Αντιθέτως, νιώθω φουλ ενέργεια (πριν τα αρχίσω ένιωθα συνεχώς αδύναμη), αυτό που έχει γραφτεί για την επιδερμίδα είναι αλήθεια, σταμάτησα να βγάζω σπυράκια ακόμα και αυτά της περιόδου και έγινε πολύ λαμπερότερη! Δεν μου πέφτουν κατά το λούσιμο ίδια ποσότητα μαλλιών, έχουν δυναμώσει και τα νύχια έχουν βελτιωθεί και δεν σπάνε εύκολα.
Αυξάνει σίγουρα την ερωτική επιθυμία και στους δύο και για τον σύντροφο μου τις φορές της εκσπερμάτωσης αλλά και την ποσότητα του σπέρματος. Το θετικό είναι ότι δεν μας πονάει καθόλου το στομάχι μας, (έχουμε και οι δύο ευαισθησία) είναι εύπεπτες. Έχω παρατηρήσει κάποιες φορές που την πήρα 9 το βράδυ μου έφερε μια αϋπνία, αλλά από δικό μου λάθος λήφθηκε αργά για να μην την παραλείψω. Στα αρνητικά της είναι ότι το χάπι είναι τεράστιο και το καταπίνω κάθε μέρα με πολύ δυσκολία και μεγάλη προσπάθεια. Επίσης, έχω παρατηρήσει λίγο μεγαλύτερη ευαισθησία στο στήθος.
Ακόμα δεν έχουμε κάποιο «ευχάριστο», σκοπεύουμε να κάνουμε τρίμηνη αγωγή, θα επανέλθω με update μόλις ολοκληρώσουμε και τον επόμενο μήνα.
Update: Ολοκληρώσαμε τους 3 μήνες και μετά από 10 ημέρες ειχα ένα θετικό τεστ. Σίγουρα μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ στα πλαίσια μιας ισορροπημένης διατροφής. Εννοείται κ θα το πρότεινα.
