I bought the vacuum cleaner in 2025, around the end of February if I remember correctly; I can also find the receipt for the exact date. I bought it with some reservations after reading some significant negative reviews, thinking okay, maybe they are exaggerated or perhaps due to misuse. I have been using it for almost a year now, because a full year hasn't passed yet, for vacuuming every other day mainly on tiles and sometimes on mattresses or sofas. Everything was fine, it worked perfectly, I mostly used it on auto so the battery wouldn't run out quickly and it would automatically adjust itself to a higher power when needed. When the filter filled up with a lot of dust, I would remove and clean it.
However, in December 2025, about 10 months after purchase... The vacuum stopped suctioning, the motor works, all the indicators work normally but it doesn't suck up even a grain, and if you put it on turbo it stops immediately. I will contact the representative to see what is going on, but I find it unacceptable for a vacuum cleaner that has been used less than a year and with mild use to break down so quickly. Those who wrote similar reviews are being proven right.
So I would not recommend it, better to avoid it!!! I bought it for 220 euros!

I've had it for 3-4 months.
I got it for daily use as I have cats and taking out the vacuum every day was a bit difficult.
I'm satisfied because with the light you can actually see even the tiniest lint, which under normal circumstances the floor would look clean.
Regarding some comments about battery malfunction, etc., what can I say, I don't know. For me, so far everything is fine.

27/8/25 update.
The truth is that I mainly use it on auto speed, which basically adjusts the power by itself. With a quick pass over the spot with cat hair and sand, it won't pick everything up 100%, it needs more persistence.
Also, something else I noticed. If I set it to the 3rd and strongest speed, it works for 5 seconds and then displays the icon indicating the tube is blocked and the vacuum shuts off by itself. The thing is, it did this even after I cleaned the vacuum, so I don't know what's going on.

October 2025: After a year, it went off. It changed speeds by itself and shut off by itself. It went to service where it was found that it needed replacement. Of course, I didn't get the same one. I got the Tineco A50s and I'm satisfied so far.

Guys, the vacuum is pretty much useless!!

Let me explain!!!

Purchased on 19/12/24. Minimal use!!

Yesterday, 3/1/25, with the battery at 75% and set to auto, my wife starts vacuuming, and at 64% it died, it was unresponsive to the button press, the screen was dead, only the motorized brush worked when the button was pressed!! I took the battery out and put it back in several times, same results!! At some point, it started again, worked for a minute, and then the same issues!! I put it back on its base to charge, the green charging LED on the battery lit up, but the screen was dead, it didn’t light up to show the charging percentage!!

I grabbed it and went to the service center under warranty, the technician pressed it and it worked!! Luckily, I had recorded 3 videos beforehand!!

Now I’m waiting for the report!!

In summary, for me, it has quality construction regarding the plastics and brushes, it is powerful and vacuums well for as long as it worked for me, but for €300, with several similar reports of issues with the same model, I say no!!

So I pulled out the Xiaomi stick vacuum I have (with a cord) which has proven to be a workhorse, it doesn’t have all those fancy accessories but it gets the job done!!

The vacuum cleaner is very sufficient as long as one knows how to use it. In automatic mode where you don't need to manually adjust the intensity, it picks up everything except for lint that is wedged in the weave of the carpet (which not even a conventional vacuum collects). On bare floors, it leaves nothing behind. The battery lasts about an hour in automatic mode. The bin empties relatively easily unless lint, hair, etc. have gotten stuck inside. In that case, you need to put your hand in or give it a light tap. Also, the metal filter for blowing and cleaning needs to be removed from the top of the bin. No water is needed. Cleaning by hand, and if one can, it can also be blown out. Water once in a while depending on the cleanings and maybe sometimes. I've had it for 2 months and the filter is still spotless. The paper filter is also cleaned the same way. I don't think the HEPA filter will need cleaning before 1 year of use; it still looks brand new. As for reliability and longevity, I can't express an opinion yet. However, the fact that the battery is removable is a key advantage. In summary, for a stick battery vacuum with a 515w motor, 270AW suction power, 4000mAh battery, and €245 which I paid, it is worth 100%. These features are not found even in vacuums costing €900. I highly recommend it. The 4 and not 5 stars are because it could have a sturdier construction. However, this does not create any problem in use.

Cheap plastics, cheap wall mount, bad old cardboard box for packaging (especially for €250, they should take an example from Xiaomi), it arrived with the parquet roller broken but they sent me a new one in 2 days (kudos to the Greek distributor), it doesn't suck as much as classic vacuum cleaners but it's worth it for other reasons. It can't be compared in terms of practicality, you just grab it and vacuum wherever and whenever you want at home, the battery lasts enough for 2-3 cleanings without charging (in 145sqm), easy bin cleaning, the little light on the foot almost always shows the floor as dusty and you chase dust bunnies, the extra attachments are useful. Instead of taking out the classic vacuum with cable, bin, and hose (plugs, carrying, storage, etc.) once a week, you can have this in a corner of the kitchen for example and do a quick vacuum whenever needed.

Update after 7 months: I removed 1 star because the tube at the foot broke (with mild use as a second vacuum), it was immediately replaced under warranty. However, the cheap materials worry me about how long it will last and what will happen when the warranty ends.
Also, if you put it on max, it works for 10 seconds and then shuts off from overheating, so it's like the full speed doesn't exist.

2nd Update after 13 months: the foot that was replaced 6 months ago stopped working, the brush doesn't turn so it doesn't suck anything. The 4 stars became 3 and now 2, it's NOT worth the money if it doesn't last. Tragic.

3rd Update after 2 years: it works for half a minute and then error E1. The manual says clogged filters or foot (they're not, I cleaned them) or motor or battery (most likely).

I find the vacuum cleaner very good, especially for a battery-operated vacuum, however, I had some problems. After purchasing it, I used it for testing and after 1 month I cleaned some stairs. Everything went well. The next day I cleaned its bin and then I put it into operation. One moment it showed battery at 67% and then suddenly at 8%, then the screen went off and the vacuum did not restart even though I fully charged the battery. So the hassle begins. I took it for service, from Chalandri to Pallini, I had difficulty parking, waited 20+ minutes in line and handed it over. I waited about 10 days until they notified me to pick it up and with a paper to demand a new one from the store where I bought it. Here we go again, queues and waiting over half an hour. Eventually, I got the new one, went home, and tried to put it into test mode. Nothing, dead. Finally, I let the battery charge fully and was mentally preparing for new hassle and this time to ask for my money back. When the battery was fully charged, I tried again. Nothing. Later I tried again by removing and reinserting the battery 2-3 times and magically the vacuum started working and since then it works normally. My feeling is that there is a manufacturing problem with the battery terminals which are several and do not make good contact. I tend to believe that something similar happened with the previous one since after removing the battery the problems started - if I remember correctly. Therefore, I recommend not to remove and insert it frequently otherwise you will... be running around. I am not going to take this battery out again.

Also, there is a problem with one of the attachments, the narrow one with the rotating brush, which does not click when connected to the vacuum. The first and the second one had the same problem. The red plastic of the connection does not have the correct shape and does not fit in completely, as it should, like the other attachments. I solved this both times with a light sanding of the plastic and then it clicks perfectly. Annoying carelessness.

Other than that, the vacuum is very good, as long as it doesn’t break again. I use it for quick clean-ups, both on floors and as a handheld vacuum. A convenient use I found is in cleaning spiders as I had gotten tired of dealing with them before. The spider would escape, the webs would stick to the vacuum, etc., and quickly the problem would repeat. This convenient cordless vacuum sucks up the webs and the spider itself in no time, on floors and ceilings, and now the inevitable appearance of spiders, especially in the kitchen, takes much longer. Of course, cleaning the vacuum's bin is very easy.

This is the first stick vacuum I have ever bought! I am very satisfied, it is powerful, and when it encounters more dirt while on auto, it boosts itself. It is lightweight, about 2 kilos, very practical in the way it is stored. And most importantly, it has replaced the corded vacuum and the robot vacuum! I will try it in the winter as well and will come back to update on how it vacuums carpets!
Update: It is very high quality, my mother tried it and now she wants to get one too.
I might vacuum twice a day because of the kids, but it is completely convenient due to the absence of a cord.
Also, I should mention that the front light is perfect because you can see where the dirt is to vacuum more precisely.
update 2: 20/11/24
With great regret, I am removing 2 stars, the vacuum seems to have lost its power.
I used the special attachment for sofas and tried to vacuum some crumbs, I had to go over the area many times to pick them all up, and some it didn't pick up at all, I had to get them by hand.
Unfortunately, I have to use the corded one again because it no longer sucks, I have cleaned bins and filters, nothing!
I am disappointed!
update FEB 26: This vacuum was clearly a waste of money, as it no longer picks up anything, and on top of that, a part broke where it 'bends' to clean under tables, etc. I have sent it back to the store, purchase price when it came out was 280 please! It's not even worth 60

The new proposal from Rohnson for wireless cleaning is the Rohnson Mamba M14 stick vacuum cleaner which I have at home and have been testing for 3 weeks now. How did this stick vacuum perform? Let's see in detail!

Unboxing - First Impressions
Inside the smaller than expected box, there is the vacuum cleaner, the metal handle, the motorized floor brush with two brushes, the motorized mini brush for pets, two nozzles, the battery, the charger, and the wall mount.
The motor has a power of 515 Watts with BLDC technology without brushes to achieve 110,000 revolutions per minute. It maintains a stable power and suction of the vacuum cleaner, regardless of the amount of dust and the type of surface it cleans.
On the handle, there is the power button and from the digital screen, we can monitor the battery levels and change the operating intensity. It has 4 levels, Auto, low, medium, and high.
The lithium battery with a capacity of 4000mAh at 25.9V promises up to 80 minutes of autonomy in low operating intensity and the charging time is 5-6 hours for a full charge.
The motorized floor brush is suitable for all types of floors and has two brushes, a soft one for floors and one for carpets and rugs. They are easily removable from the brush and washable. Inside the brush, there are teeth that cut any hair or debris wrapped around the brushes for even easier cleaning and maintenance. It also has LED lighting to see the dust better.
The dustbin naturally empties with the push of a button without coming into contact with the contents.
It can be removed and disassembled into pieces for necessary frequent washing and cleaning.
The Rohnson Mamba M14 stick vacuum cleaner has HEPA dust filters to trap a high percentage of dust, all washable for better hygiene.
The hose is foldable and can be bent with one movement to clean under low furniture and spaces without bending.
Finally, the mini motorized brush for pet hair and sofas also has a removable brush.

Overall, as a first impression, all parts are well-made from good quality materials, theoretically meaning that it will withstand the test of time and use.

Tests
So, how was the performance of the Rohnson Mamba M14 stick vacuum cleaner tested? As usual, mainly for cleaning my house which has marble, tiles, parquet, and carpets. And two small children. And a cat.
With all of the above, it did not face any problems or jams. Most of the time, with just one pass, it picked up everything on the floor, whether it was dust or small pieces. And all this without any speed adjustment, most of the time on Auto, which does an excellent job of recognizing where it is and what needs to be done.
Of course, when needed, I used the highest operating level, especially on the high-pile carpet with thick weaving that collects dirt between the gaps.
What I was concerned about was the overall weight of the vacuum cleaner and the strain on the hand with prolonged use, as had happened with a previous Rohnson model and is a common issue with stick vacuums and their construction. I can't say it's tiring, but it's definitely not as effortless as traditional vacuums, where the hand only carries the weight of the handle.
In this stick vacuum cleaner, the Rohnson Mamba M14, the vacuum (the part where the bin and mechanism are located) weighs 1.9 kilograms. It is not heavy, but it is not one of the lightest on the market either. It did not tire me out, but regardless of the model, personally, I would prefer it to be as light as possible.
The switch is on/off and does not need to be held down. The touch screen with the functions is beautiful and well-designed, and the battery percentage display is very useful.
Speaking of the battery, let's talk about its autonomy. In simple everyday use, only on low power mode on the floor, most of the time I reached 60-70 minutes out of the 80 that Rohnson mentions, which is naturally expected.
In a mixed cycle on both floors and carpets on Auto mode, the battery lasted on average around 50-55 minutes, which was enough for me to quickly clean my 150 square meter apartment.
The battery is removable, and theoretically, you can purchase an additional one and have enough time to clean larger spaces or at a higher speed.
The use of the foldable hose, although convenient and useful in most cases, significantly reduces the freedom of movement of the foot, and you will have to settle for the front and back, which is usually enough but not always ideal.
With the mini motorized brush, I cleaned the couches from cat hair and various crumbs, as well as the car. Its performance on seats and carpets was excellent and, of course, it greatly helps in keeping the interior of the car clean, due to its ease of use and portability.
The bin empties over the trash bin with a simple movement without any problems, and you rarely need to put your hand inside to grab something. I had to do it once with a furball that got stuck. The bin will need cleaning at some point for hygiene reasons or if the content is "difficult" and sticks, like what happened with flour, for example. The filters can be removed and washed occasionally, as the manufacturer states.
Among the positives, I also mention the nice maneuverability it has in space and the ease of movement. It turns nicely and follows the command of the hand. The LED lights on the foot do not allow you to vacuum with the lights off, but they also help and show you the condition of the floor so that you don't forget any spot. The built-in accessory with the brush is also very convenient.
And finally, regarding the noise, there is no surprise. The expected and normal noise during its operation, depending on the level. Personally, if it is not excessive or extremely quiet, it does not bother me much. It is a vacuum cleaner, I expect it to make noise when cleaning.

Final Impressions - Verdict
So, let's see everything briefly. The new Rohnson Mamba M14 stick vacuum cleans very well, it is of good quality, user-friendly, and has excellent autonomy. Are these enough to justify the €280 it currently costs on the market? If I judge based on other models from the competition with similar features and price, then yes, it is an attractive choice for a cleaning device. I am glad that the weight has been reduced compared to previous models!

In the case of the Mamba M14, the only thing I would like is an additional accessory, perhaps a flexible extension hose for high areas.
