ISOPIPE TC is a flexible, elastomeric, foam insulation made of NBR with a significantly high percentage of 98.5% closed cells. Thanks to its closed cell structure, ISOPIPE TC has excellent insulating properties due to its thermal conductivity.

Advantages:

  • Temperature Tolerances: Extensive range (-50°C to +110°C) allowing for slight fluctuations above the limits.
  • Fire Behavior: Does not produce flaming particles and does not allow fire spread (E84 Class A, EN 13501, B - s2, d0).
  • Ideal Application: Ideal application and more savings in cooling and heating installations.
  • Antimicrobial Protection: Prevents the formation of bacteria and fungi (certification ASTM E 2180 and ASTM G21).
  • Permeability: High resistance to steam ingress, ensuring long-term performance.
  • Thermal Conductivity: λ = 0.036W/mK at +30°C.
  • Density: 60 kgr/m³, ±10 kgr/m³.
  • Elasticity: Excellent elasticity and strength for quick application.
