The new third generation Exceler LT 2023 was developed by Daiwa to provide unmatched smoothness and comfort while fishing. Daiwa's mechanisms represent a technological revolution in every aspect, making them unrivaled even under competitive fishing conditions.

The material used to construct the Exceler is Zaion V, a unique density carbon that has stiffness almost equal to that of aluminum, while being resistant to salt corrosion. The ATD braking technology has been applied to the Exceler, making its brakes completely linear, turning the management of fine lines into child's play.

Its six bearings offer excellent performance, and the ultra-lightweight spool (Air Spool) along with the extremely lightweight aluminum one-piece handle significantly reduces the overall weight of the mechanism. The handle is screwed into the central gear, eliminating any play, making it incredibly strong.
