The knowledge of the spirit, just like that of life, is constantly changing. It is very likely that when we reach the end, we will realize that we still do not understand the beginning. To continue our journey, we must humbly accept this paradox.

This happens with masks. The energy we spend to hide the truth cannot be used to live our lives - let alone to live happily. This wear and tear causes the chronic discomfort of dissatisfaction and always leads to a toxic and self-destructive behavior, which often takes the form of illness (physical or mental) that can manifest in a violent outburst, incomprehensible to everyone.

After all this, it is not difficult to understand that the spiritual path - a journey designed to lead us to the core of our existence - can act as medicine or even as a means of protection against such processes.

It is very difficult - almost impossible - to remain healthy when we live insincerely, and if this applies to the spiritual level, it applies even more so to the mental. Our soul opens up, accepts us, and finds healing when it casts aside artificial poses and fake roles.

This is the fifth and final PATH SHEET of the Argentine psychiatrist, a distillation of the most mature and crystallized period of his life. The path of spirituality marks the end of a journey, which, at its peak, turns to the quest for the intangible and the transcendent, in humanity's effort to rid itself of obsessions and prejudices.
