The Kingston FURY KF560C30BBE-16 is a 2G x 64-bit (16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 1Rx8 memory module, based on eight FBGA 2G x 8-bit components per module.
The module supports AMD® EXPO v1.1 and Intel® Extreme Memory Profiles (Intel® XMP) 3.0. Each module has been tested to operate at DDR5-6000 with low-latency timing of 30-36-36 at 1.4V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency timing DDR5-4800 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contacts. The standard JEDEC electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
