In no way is this cable SFTP because it bends very easily and can be stripped with your nails.
In the 20 years I've been working with networks, I've never seen such bad quality.
They called it SFTP just because they put mesh and aluminum foil on it.
Even the manufacturer himself is blatantly mocking us.

The choice is my responsibility but I won't make this mistake again.
I used it because I had no other choice at that moment but it was installed in my own home.

Super! 1 Gbps guaranteed. Honestly, I didn't expect this quality, 100 meters, for 33 euros! (low price because it's CCA of course and not pure copper). To get the 1 Gbps when terminating, strictly follow the T568B or T568A protocol (T568B is more commonly used for patch connections. For cross, one end is one and the other end is the other). If the terminations are not done correctly, the network speed will not exceed 100 Mbps (checked). Definitely combine with CAT6 plugs for guaranteed success. As CAT6, it probably supports 250MHz 10Gbps up to 50 meters, but I haven't tried it. Good purchase for the cost!
