The Omnigena OMIS 40-50/200 circulator is suitable for recycling hot water in closed and open systems. It has 3 speed levels.

The pumped liquid must be clean, free of solid particles or oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, and have similar properties to water (maximum 30% glycol).

The circulator is designed to reduce the circulation time of hot water, enabling immediate use of the shower without waiting. It can also be used in closed or open type water supply systems.

An important advantage of using these circulators is the improvement in energy efficiency. By reducing the waiting time, energy consumption is decreased, resulting in reduced relative costs. The circulator is useful for both water pumped with a hydrocarrier and water from the national water supply network.

The circulator quickly replaces cold water in the pipes with hot water, offering immediate access to hot water for showers, baths, or dishwashing. This eliminates waiting, especially in cases where water heaters or heating systems with water heating function are used.

The circulator contributes to increasing the efficiency of the boiler, heating system, or water heater. If hot water preparation takes too long, it means unnecessary energy is consumed.

The installation of the circulator should be done as follows:

• The circulator is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position.
• A sediment filter must be installed before installation to protect the device from contamination.
• The required water flow should match the arrow found on the pump housing.
• It must always be installed in a horizontal position. Installing the circulator in another position will lead to premature bearing wear and pump blockage.
• The area where the circulator will be installed must be covered and free from moisture.
• It should be installed in an easily accessible location for maintenance and ventilation.

For maintenance and operation:

• The device requires only checking during startup or after extended idleness.
• After long idleness or before initial installation, check if the motor shaft is blocked.
