The Extralink SFP 1.25G is a high-performance and cost-effective SFP optical transceiver that supports data transfer rates of 1.25 Gbps/1.0625 Gbps and transmission ranges up to 20 km. The transmission is carried out via single-mode optical cable.

The SFP 1.25G optical transceiver includes three main modules: FP laser transmitter, PIN photodiode with integrated preamplifier (TIA), and MCU control unit.

  • Maintains laser class I safety requirements.
  • Used in optical channels, Gigabit Ethernet, switch-to-switch interfaces, and designed transmission systems.
  • Compatibility with SFP MSA and SFF-8472 with LC connector.
  • Digital diagnostic monitoring - internal or external calibration.
  • Compatibility with SONET OC-24-LR-1.
  • Compliance with RoHS Directive.
  • Unique +3.3 V power supply.
