Before use: check if the spray is working properly. 

It is recommended to perform a nasal rinse (cleaning) before feeding, when the child is awake and calm. Place the baby in a slightly inclined bed (30°) with their head turned to one side (never backward to avoid the risk of the product going towards the larynx). 

1 - Spray a little of the solution on your hand to check that the temperature is correct and to get used to the pressure. You can also spray on the baby's hand to reassure them. 

2 - Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle firmly once for 1-2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 

3 - Lift the baby to an upright position and wipe their nose or use a nasal aspirator device. Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly.

For the treatment of nasal symptoms in case of cold or rhinopharyngitis: 4 to 6 times a day, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril. 

For daily use, hygiene, and prevention of nasal infections: 1 to 2 times a day, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril.
