Description & Specifications

Polyvine water-based wood dye leaves a matte walnut finish without overlap marks. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and does not peel. The shades in the Wood Dye range can be mixed to achieve different colouring effects.

For a lighter result, dilute with water. For a more intense colour, apply a second coat after 4 hours. The surface must be clean, dry and free of greasy marks; sand it first and remove all dust. Apply with a brush, sponge or clean cotton cloth, and wipe off any excess immediately. A test on a small area is recommended, as different types of wood can affect the final result. Do not apply in direct sunlight or at temperatures below 10 °C. The next day, once the surface is thoroughly dry, seal it with clear Polyvine water-based varnish.
